BOURNEMOUTH (VICTORIA PARK) GREYHOUND STADIUM

The south coast seaside town of Bournemouth had two greyhound tracks in the past. The first was on the ill-fated racecourse, but only operated for part of 1928. The second one was situated on Victoria Park and located at 1° 53' W 50° 44' N. It opened its gates for the first time on 23rd June 1928 racing under rules.

It ran successfully for 6 years before closing on 29th September 1934.
